​After being involved in the construction industry for over 22 years, Dave Nelson took his extensive and diverse contractor experience to become the Founder and President of Nelson Innovative Contracting (NIC). Dave’s experience and knowledge allows him to construct and manage a variety of residential and commercial projects. 

Dave has worked with and learnt from some of the most experienced trades in the business and continues to work with these as well as other brilliant construction professionals, suppliers, and companies. Dave takes passionate pride in his skills and craft. He understands the importance of building relationships and providing outstanding customer service.
